Booking Policy

• Rates are based upon double occupancy and before applicable taxes;
• Two night minimum except holidays and long weekends which have a three night minimum;
• Additional guests are $10 per night;
• Pet fee of $10 per night;
• A valid credit card must be provided to secure a booking as well as to be held for a security/damage deposit;
• Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival date will incur only a $50 administration fee;
• Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date during the summer and holiday periods will be charged a $50 administration fee and will be refunded for only those nights rebooked;
•  Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date during all other periods will be charged a one night room charge and a $50 administration fee;Check in is after 4:00 pm and Check out is prior to 11:00 am;  

General Policies

• Children are welcome;
• Tranquility Suite is non smoking only;
• All items found in the suite are to be left in the suite.  Please do not take towels to the beach.  Guests shall supply their own beach towels;
• Please do not leave any garbage outside the suite so as not to attract animals;
• We recycle.  Please wash out your recyclables and place in recycling bin provided.  We recycle everything except glass jars.  Glass beverage containers are recyclable;
• Please run your dirty dishes through the dishwasher prior to leaving.  We will empty the dishwasher once the wash/dry cycle is complete;
• A towel change and emptying of garbage is done every 2 days.  Housekeeping service is provided prior to arrival and after departure;
• Please respect the property.  We endeavor to make it available to you in the best state possible.  Please do your best to leave it in a similar state upon departure.

Pet Policy

• Pets require prior approval at time of booking;
• Guests shall bring a pet towel to clean off the pet prior to entering suite.  Please do not use suite towels to clean pet;
• Pets must not be permitted on furniture or bed – please bring your pet bed or kennel;
• Pets must not be left unattended in the suite;
• Please clean up after your pet;
•  Pet owner is responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required over and above regular wear and tear and cleaning as a result of their pet.
